Had anyone asked me, after a good few drinks I don’t mind admitting, if I had any sort of fetish I’d have said yeah, I’ve got a few. Yet a few days ago I read an intriguing article from a practitioner of sensual massage and it turns out I’ve got the definition completely wrong. Turns out I have kinks, not fetishes. Kinks can easily be defined as something unusual that turns you on but isn’t the be all and end all of your sexual enjoyment. A fetish is something that someone almost relies upon for sexual satisfaction that cannot be achieved without this stimulus. That might not be that surprising to many of you but to me it was an eye opener.
