…mostly due a little amber nectar. I’m not one for heavy drinking or getting absolutely hammered. I’ve never seen the attraction in that. Yet as someone of a creative talent who occasionally struggles with a certain creative project of mine, I’m not above taking a little help from a glass or two of beer. Helps free up the mind and the ideas. And silence the little voice that doubts myself. Sometimes I need a help to not think and just write. That’s a good tip I can offer to any writer or creative. To ignore that voice and just keep going with your vision, to make what you want to create. And yes, if you need a little help to relax in moderation, that’s fine too.
I kinda have issues with this project, something that has been inspired by a work I sometimes feel I could never compare too. Despite having both friends and fans who enjoy my work, I can’t help putting this story on a very high pedestal. Like comparing a stick figure to the Mona Lisa. Which I know isn’t fair on myself but I’m working on that. My point I get, don’t let your worries and doubts define you. You are more than that.
