I’ve been getting nothing but congratulations on my new development secondment role and while that’s gratifying, it’s hard not to do well at something when no one is holding you to account over anything. Two weeks from now, that’s going to change. My fellow manager on Twilight will come on board and then we will have actual targets to reach and goals to hit. That’s when things get serious and we have to produce results and start to turn things around. Wish us luck.
