So i finally watched Amelie the other day. I've had it on divx for months, heh. i liked it, alot!
Going to London on thursday to see a couple of suppliers.. since I haven't heard from Lip Service in weeks.. The last i got was an apology 'so sorry, your order will be put through today'..and then nothing more since, despite emailing them etc.. i'm gonna call again tomorrow. they're a pretty big company, i didn't think there would be so much hassle! it's taking ages to get the business started, but it;s getting there slowly

I got really fed up with all the hassle of self-employment. I mean, you pay someone thousands of dollars for merchandise and they act like it's a pittance. I had to deal with more corporate bullshit as an SMB customer of corporations than I ever did actually working for corporations. Nope, I wanna stay in academia for sure. Wish I had some advice for you. All I can tell you is that self-employment is just a way for corporations not to pay you benefits or have to worry about any labor laws with you. Anyway, what is it? Does Lip Service have merchandise you can't get elsewhere?
