I'm going to Chicago today!!! I'm so excited!!!
I'm pissed that Ian's having a Thanksgiving meal with his family, but since mine is later in the afternoon, I can't go to it. And he asked me if I wanted to go eat with his family... that's a big no. Watching his dad get sloshed and eating hippie food doesn't work for me. Not enough starch goes down in that family!
So, today, I need to dye my hair (which I should've done last night, but I was too damn tired), pack, and buy cigarettes. And then we'll be good to go.
My dad and I tried to fix up my old stompy goth boots last night using some Gorilla Glue (which is apparently the strongest glue in the world... hm). Hopefully, they'll be wearable for this trip.
I'm so excited. I wish Ian wouldn't have spent a bunch of our collective spending money on weed. Dammit. I mean, it's good that we have it, but I would've rather gotten, like, a hookah.
But I can't be too angry about anything right now, because I'm so excited!
