My thumb is ok and is not broken or fractured, although it still bloody hurts! My doctor gave me ibuprofen to take that look like pink Smarties though!
My mum is getting a lot better so thank you for everyone who sent her well wishes. I'd have passed them on but she knows nothing about SG!
