I was in the hospital on wednesday for hours (Bobby came home from work early around 4 to bring me and we were there til about 1am) because I had a mysterious viral infection that caused severe lower back and abdomen pains along with vomiting, nausea, a bad headache, no appetite, bleh

I was worried because it didn't seem like a normal flu to me...and...

That's pretty much the entire reason I included the second picture.

Anyway, that's plenty enough about her. Instead of talking about her pictures, now that you have a nice new camera, you should really just give me something more worthwhile to look at...

Hi there, sweetie!

The man left the US under 'mysterious circumstances'.........(political reasons)......and lived around the world for 15 years. He came back when he started seeing his photos in print & thought, "Hey, those are mine!" Turns out, everybody thought he was dead & figured they could steal his stuff. (There's a long story here......best explained in person.)

I asked him recently if he ever thought his subjects (he was a photojournalist during the Factory years) would be relevant forty years later.......and he said no.

Yeah, the Fields fit is also typical of these people. Such freaks.........

But welcome to the Factory group.......we keep a fairly low proflile. wink

It's actually a walkway around Stanley Park, though there are maintenance vehicles about... On a nice day you can see the big ships coming in from China!

I have had a ton of stuff that I could talk about..good and bad things..but I just couldn't be bothered to type it all out

I'll briefly say that I've been very stressed lately cos my mom is sick (a pretty bad ear infection) and has no insurance...but we got her to a doctor anyway..I'm helping her pay for it and her medications...and hopefully she's...

I'll tell you some secrets - these 'Superstar' people are whacked. For the most part, they are narcissists, liars, thieves........and now they are old & UGLY to boot!! And the new hangers-on are even creepier - living off the mythology of the dead. Some are even impostors (Edie's 'niece'? Fake.) Most of them are so removed from reality it's gross.

However, there are some originals & 'second-generation' who are genuine & lovely & our good friends. My man tends to attract the younger crowd - he's got a bad reputation historically, but that's because he's honest & not everybody appreciates that. (He started out as a photojournalist - the Factory was a long-term subject - although he never thought it would last.....forever?)

I hope you like the book - we're kind of disappointed with the editing job. The text is really good, the photo reproductions are overly designed. Oh well........there are more photos (thousands), so more books in the future.

And FYI, I consider Ciao Manhattan a snuff film. When your star literally dies at the end......what else can you say?

(Jude Law, hee hee. I'm a fan - he bought our art.)

where did you meet him? what do you do for work?

Perhaps not good by objective quality standards, but it shines at what it intends at, in my opinion. It's just kind of a goofy stylized film, and it's really effective towards those ends. Plus, it IS beautiful.
