so I left out an important bit of information in my last blog
I forgot i wanted to share the news that I got my first real photo credit!!
for those of you who have looked, you may have noticed an entire set on my flickr called Val Emmich
Val Emmich is an adorable musician/actor who appeared on 30 Rock as Jamie the coffee guy (...Frank was "gay for Jamie" and Liz dated him briefly) and Ugly Betty as Jesse
his new album Little Daggers is amazing and I went to see him Jan 30 and snapped some pictures
after the show, I met him and he asked me to send him the photos
he loved them and used one to make a tour banner which he posted on his website, his myspace, and his facebook
and he put my name on it!
so go take a peak at that too!!!

I will also be shooting his next gig in nyc at Highline Ballroom (though apparently it's a general admission SEATED event...anyone been there and know how that works and if there's also standing?)
