I love when other blogs influence me to write about something in mine. I was talking about Billy Joel, and I remember listening to him in the car as a kid. My parents loved his music as well as James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Simon and Garfunkle and Elton John. So my question is this. Does our generation have talented singer song-writers like that group or will these talented artists go the way of the casette tape? I don't think our generation has an equal to these musicians. Where lyrics really matter. Or am I wrong? I think I might actually just be and old soul.
