Indulge me for a moment if you will. I'm sure by now you have seen the new Tmobile commercial with that catchy song that accompanies it. Well that artist is Cat Stevens (now know as Yusuf Islam, he changed his name when he converted ti Islam) and it brings back a bunch of memories for me riding in the car with my parents as a kid. I've always been a huge Cat Stevens fan.
His talent was him and a guitar-that's it! A dying breed..... so I've included the commercial, and some of his very best works. Yea it's old 70's stuff and the quality is not the best, but he's funny and I think stoned so if you want a cool, hanging out on a rainy day, drinking coffee album his masterpeace Tea for the Tillerman is a must have in my mind.
His music is also great for just hanging with your girl on the couch on a lazy Sunday. Enjoy..........
