hey, i am typing with one hand today because i had a little accident. so i was a little drunk, not a lot though, this saturday and my friends and i were outside having some cigarettes. my good buddy zach had some sparklers. he lit 3 or 4 of them at once and it looked really awesome. so he says, "hey, i've got a good idea, let's light all of them at once!" i didn't know how many that was but i thought, hey 3 or 4 of them was cool. he handed me a handful and lit one of them. the next thing i knew there was an explosion and i insinctively threw the fire away from me and ran inside. i put my hand under cold water and it didn't seem too bad at first. i went outside for a bit, but then it started to burn really bad so i put it in the water again. it was all white and blistery. eventually it hurt so bad my friend took my to the er. they said i had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree burns. they gave me a tetanus shot and a morphine shot. the dressed my wound gave a prescription for percoset and sent me on my way. i have to change the dressing twice a day but i haven't had to take my drugs yet. tomorrow i get to go to the burn clinic, not sure what they are going to do. but on the bright side i don't have to go to work and i'm going to have a wicked scar.
