just came back from (unnamed restaurant) where their zabalione was fcking alchoholic and their cannolis were...uhhh...ok. the service was excellent though. we didnt eat almost any of the zabalione so the waiter took it off our bill. not much of a fan of ricotta in desserts (was in the cannoli filling). if anyone has an excellent recipe for a dessert with ricotta, let me know....
