today kinda sucked. damn trussing the damn chicken i had to redo four times. my carrot cuts sucked. tomorrow bright and early ill be making chicken and veal stock before class.

dicing melons, quartering strawberries and the like. tomorrow we'll be dicing onions, julienne-ing carrots, doing things to other vegetables.
might get a car soon! i say might because it sounds like a really good deal, but i still have to check it out. im not getting too excited. dont want to get my hopes up.
