Ho-lee fuck, I've finally found time to sit down and post an update on this bitch or maybe your just on drugs. At least one of those statements is true. Moved into the house and its pretty chill, luckily my connection to the city still exists in a parking spot I get to maintain though the summer.

Yeah, because the times we went to Vegas didn't count because you turned anti-alcohol. You owe me so big it's not even funny.

Thanks! I'm really excited! We're just renting for now, but it's a big step up for me. I've never lived anywhere bigger than 825 sq. ft. so yeah!

My past few weeks have had many great moments shared. I was excited to see Supersuckers, Devotchka and Planes Mistaken for Stars, three great bands in one week. There are two more shows to come in the next few days that I have been looking forward to for sometime, as well I have found renewed friendship and made plans for what should be some exciting...

Perhaps the move will calm things. Perhaps the new house will prove to be a place you 'belong'. I really hope it does.
As for me, drunk texting/dialing is my specialty

Thanks for the blog comment! We could probably arrange something so we can have a beer when I go back for a visit

I realize today that tis the countdown to the suck. I might be over-stating that, although I'm going to miss downtown. I've lived somewhere along the streets of 17th and 18th for over 5 of the 8 years I've lived in Denver. Now the new home has the words 'lake' and 'wood' in it. The place is nice and there are plenty of good sides...

Ah how I miss downtown Denver. Good luck with the move! I've heard fairly good things about Lakewood, however, I never knew anyone who lived there so I've never been. Oh-and it makes me smile that you love Gogol Bordello

Thanks! Yeah, I've tried describing the level of energy that fills the stage when they play, but it really is indescribable. It's something you have to see for yourself. I saw them at The Fillmore like 2 years ago. It was INCREDIBLE. They were one of the openers for Cake. The lineup that night was really strange to me.
There is supposed to be something so dramatic about the new year, like it will change my life because there is a 08 instead of a 07. the only thing i really hope to achieve this year, sooner than later, is resolve of past feelings that seem to haunt me.
I'm more than excited to have a garage this year, after probably 6 years.. crazy....

poor kid. I'm sure your time will come soon enough.

i'm so confused now i can't see a happy future like i used to. just the necessary tasks to convince myself i'm doing okay. i built something with blind faith, not knowing what the foundation was sitting on. its not my 'fault', everyone does it, its what love does. humanity is flawed, we think we are smarter, we think we 'know' better. though we never...

Ohhh... ohhh... it's on! Let's do it. Let's smear up our future vision to a blur. Any insight to our paths, lets smudge that shit. That we CAN DO!
I'm 'off to the races' as it goes. Co-driving for 40/40 Racing this weekend is the 6th Annual (formerly known as COG Rally) Rally Colorado in Steamboat Springs. The transportation for this year is the good ol' 1991 VW Jetta, well to do with a 2001 VR6 under the hood. From two test sessions, the car shows promise and the dependability of the NA VR6...

Good luck to all you guys. Too bad I can't be there.
megze:
Good luck, honey!
You know that guy you see when pass road construction who is looking with three other guys into a hole that another guy is digging? I feel like the guy looking into the hole (Luckily I'm not on the side of the road in 100deg heat). Though in passing the hole is progress, the progress is never clear to others. In the digital world the...
