lots of lovin but no sleep.. sometimes i feel so lazy and unjust in my unmotivateable body, then when im crazed and running around for days I long for lazy again.. my soccer team lost tonight ..grr. my cat is still a hostage in my house, hope he gets used to it soon. I will have to buy him a big tree to keep him occupied..he is soo beautiful cant let anyone steal him away. My husbands luggage was lost for the second consecutive time in two weeks.. what the hell !! I really need a vacation, but pilates and pedicures will have to do.. give me a buzz ! kiss

If you've never been to Carson Hot Springs up in the Columbia River Gorge, I recommend it highly for a day-long getaway.

Sorry ive been gone so long,, what a busy month it has been..taking 5 pilates classes a week including some teaching classes on anatomy and scoliosis. Yeah, I got to be one of the bodies for that.. they said i was most likely functionally tipped instead of structural. That means that somehow my body just started trying to compensate for itself and its caused me to have curves and tilts in my alignment . Its not a bone deformation.. very interesting.

but i am wiped out by all this body work.. I do feel better because of it..had to give up indoor soccer because of to much injury/or the possibility thereof. But i am pushing myself all week long and its really hard. I love it though, cant wait to take the cert. classes and be able to teach..

what a frightening thought that is.

My baby son, who is now 9 had his birthday today at the Dept. of Skateboarding.. they just grow up soo fast. no more chuck e cheese for us man. Hope you all had a wonderful halloween and best wishes for the beautiful holiday season, even if satan himself is our president. chin up and we will persevere.
