Ok, so:

My fiance tells me she doesn't love me any more and moves back to her home in NJ. This leaves me in a huge financial hole, and I get evicted. (Feb.)

My ex-fiance shacks up with this guy in DC, because she can't get a job in Jersey. (Mar.)

DC guy is an ass, and I offer to move ex back to Houston and get her back on her feet, in her own place. Then we agree to try to work things out. (Apr.)

I spend every last dime I have managed to build back up ($5k) moving her back and supporting her in her own place until she gets a job. (May-Jun.)

Ex tells me that she has no romantic feelings for me, and we break up for good. One week later, she has a new boyfriend who moves in with her, into the apartment that I have been paying for. (Jul.)

Yep, I have been having a great year.
