I have learned to meditate recently, actually, it's what I went away recently for. It really does help, though I do think this health issue is something else. The stress probably doesn't help though.

I should take a bath tonight, that sounds like an excellent idea.

And don't worry, I'll get better. I think I'm overworrying and thinking it's something really serious, but I've always been wrong in the past when I've worried too much. I'll know by next week, at least.
