Something really supprized me. I saw that my favorite lady, from the nursing home I work at, passed away. I knew she wasn't doing well, and I tried to make a point to go see her in the hospital. Which I never did. 1. I was too self absorbed in my own personal matters. 2. Our company does not allow up to have personal relationship with clients out side of work. So pretty much if they found out I visited her I would get fired. That just pisses me off.. 
Maybe I Should of never asked my RN about the policy. Because then I did go see her I could of said I knew nothing of this. It's a fucked up world, and that is all I can say about that.. You try to show some generosity, and the only thing you get in return is a good ole punch in the gut. It's BULLSHIT!
I read an article about a nursing home down IN New Orelans (sp) that really pissed me off. They were told to evacuate and they didnt. Saying they were going to wait out the storm.. Complete bullshit.. I can't believe they just let the elderly die such a horrible death.. If I was a family member I would of stepped in as well. I woudl Of took my loved out out of there and got the fuck out of town.. I will not ever understand how people think. Regaurdless, they didnt know the hurricane would be that horrible. Still the fact of the matter is that they were told to evacuate and they didn't.. They would have a lawsuit against them If i was a family member..
