OKay, So I'm in bit of a dilema, we have a new administrator at work, and she decided to cut back nursing staff to 6 aides a day. They said the went by senority. Which is complete bullshit... I got cut back to 7 days next month.. Yep. 7 days All fucking month.. So I have to find a part time job or go else where.. I am torn in 2. one part of me says to stay becasue everything will work out, then the other part says I should leave.. I don't know what to do..
