I think the whole point of Little Red was that she had a red hood, not necessarily that she had a red dress too. I like the idea of a white dress, or a white dress with red trim (I tried to google a pic of what I'm talking about, but to no avail). I think the red cloak/hood will stand out more with a white dress underneath

In all honesty, we aren't really sure yet. CineMonk has H'ween off so he, SHARK, a couple of non-SG friends and I were thinking we'd get there early, hang out at one of the local bars and then walk around hanging out with everyone. WeHo is really cool on Halloween. There are so many amazing costumes. Then we were thinking we'd either hit up a club (though I really don't want to spend the $$) or come back to our place and have a little party. Nothing big, but it would be great to see you!
