Update on Manuela aka Manuelita aka Turbo Tortoise. She seems very happy and has become more comfortable with us now, she even eats out of our hands though it's a bit scary 'cause she is pretty strong and pulls really hard. The way the lettuce crunches in her mouth I can just imagine losing a finger. And then she would acquire a taste for human flesh and blood and things would just go awry from there. First infants would start missing around the neighborhood and then Manuela would get ginormous and move on to bigger kids and I'd have to keep burying the remains and well you get the picture.
She enjoys sleeping in her dog house but unfortunately she defects in there and it stinks so I have to shovel it out. I thought animals weren't supposed to shit were they sleep. BULLSHIT.

On a personal note I got a hitch installed on my car for the big move to Madison WI in Feb and opened up a second savings account with my best friend just for the move. Things are looking good for once.
