The IRS is a private corporation, incorporated in Delaware in 1933; it does not collect taxes- it collects tribute (the money it extracts from us goes straight to the Federal Reserve Bank, which holds it as "credit of the United States Treasury, i.e. interest on the National Debt). Nor is the Federal Reserve itself a government agency: It is a private corporation owned by 12 families- one American and eleven foriegn.
