hi everyone! i hope you all are well. i'm doing alright. life is pretty boring, but no stress, so i can live with it. i'm going for a promotion at work secretly. wish me luck. i'm listening to the mamas and the papas right now. i forgot how much i like words of love. the song 1979 by the smashing pumpkins moves me like most songs never will. something inside me wells up and i am suddenly nostalgic and sad for the lost "perfection" of my romanticized youth. when i hear it, it's like i'm dying to live.

i've spent the last 2 hours on Last FM and MySpace music listening to tons of bands i've never heard before, or haven't heard much of, or have always wanted to hear. i'm stuffed to the brim with music. except i'm not. it's like jell-o, ya know? always room for more? mmmmmmm, better than thanksgiving.

I really love the new layout with only a few exceptions. I am getting really frustrated because i can't figure out how to view my friends blogs and the blogs i bookmarked. isn't there still a way to view all the newest friend/bookmarked blogs like before? and what about the friends threads?

i saw the band Morningwood singing "Take off Your Clothes" on ::shudder:: Last Call with Carson Daly last night and there was someone on stage with them who i presume was a SuicideGirl. She was wearing black panties with the SG logo on them and she was adorable. who was that girl?
