Oh lordy, oh lordy. What a day. I was up in the valley all day VFX Supervising a music video shoot. There was all this underwater stuff. We had some hotty tattooed girlies swimming about with our talent. At 115 degrees and some fuck-ups on behalf of one of the rental houses, our monitor was only showing grey-scale and they were asking me to approve underwater green-screen shots blindly. So, what do I do? I dive in, jeans and all. Don't VFX-Sups swim with half-naked models all the time on set? That's professional right? I hope so. Was fun anyways, and the footage was beautiful.
Of course, I'm sunburned as hell now, because I'm too shy to ask the girls to lotion my back, and I can't very well ask any of the crew. I need to find some aloe and watch Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
Anyway, this project is nearing it's completion, thank god. I'm almost out of the woods. I've been all but MIA from every group of friends I have. My girl has even forgotten what I look like. I think afterwards, I'm going to run away. Oh, and throw away my cell phone. After this month, I've probably got brain cancer from all the cell use anyways.
