Ug, so... I don't remember which day, Thursday? Perhaps? Well, I got sick. Like a cold or something. Maybe it was acute allergies or something, cuz it didn't last long. Regardless, I was out for the count Thursday night through Saturday. NyQuil got me through the storm alright, though. Hooray for NyQuil!!!
I really wish it hadn't shot my weekend. I was supposed to see a friend of a friends band on Friday which I went to see last Friday, mistakenly, and low and behold, they weren't there.... wrong week. Idiot!
You know what my problem is? I don't listen!
Well, as usual, I find my self slammed with work just looming over the horizon, but no real desire to get a start on the stuff I know I should do right now. I've got 10, count em, 10 music vids to do animation and effects on, one is ENTIRELY animated... have I begun? Not really. Granted, I'm waiting on footage for 8 of em. But, ug.
And then I'm getting calls and IMs from other companies, for jobs that sound totally fun, but I can't work on em... cuz of these vids. How's a Tumblebird supposed to pay the bills?
Oh, well, it's for a greater good. But is it for a greater god? Athena, perhaps?
At least my new Apt. is coming together. Painted one of my office walls. Oooh, I need to go to Staples. Um, see you later? At the stick?
Oh, and, YAY! IT'S GETTING WARMER!!!
