I don't know if any of you have heard of it but today I start my 80-10-10 vegan raw diet.
You basically have nothing but fruit for breakfast and lunch and salad for dinner. You can eat as much as you can at each sitting. and have snakes through out the day. But you cant mix fat and sugar.
80 % Carbohydrats
10 % Fat
10 % Protein
