I don't know why but lately I've been on this huge stint of saying....
"Word"
(Someone says "I need to get paid." and I reply "Word")
"Your Mom"
(This one is obvious, youcan say it after anything)
"I digress"
(I get off topic and I acknoledge it by saying "I Digress")
and last...
"Really, really...Really"
(When I get mad at some one and I don't have a comeback)
What are some of the phrases you can't help but say all the time?

I also say 'shiny' a good deal, but that one doesn't make sense to anybody but other Firefly nerds
