A few Poems that I recently found, they are about 3 years old. I dont really write anymore, but I'm thinking about posibly taking it up again. Who knows well see...
Let me know what you think.
Illusion
They see the sterling silver and ink stained skin,
that's desperately trying to front a false illusion.
This is my never ending deception of myself
It's a transparent cover of what really hides with in.
The never ending aggravation and frustration,
that slowly kills any expectation I had for myself.
It's this psychoanalysis
Of my intelligence and eloquence.
From someone who offers a sweet but false alliance,
to the soul of never ending prayers
To escape the pain of held back tears
And the strength to shout out all their whispers
Created from memories that make my worst fears
Come true
They bring up events from long past years
Tearing in them deep scars that carry a constant remembrance
I scream strength, courage and confidence
While giving little comfort to what they believe is the truth.

Reflection
You look you see a happy girl
But if you stare you'll see a sad girl
You look you see a pretty girl,
But if you stare and you'll see an ugly girl
You look you see a smart girl,
But if you stare and you'll see a stupid girl
You look you see a innocent girl,
But if you stare and you'll see a guilty girl
You look you see a happy, pretty, smart, innocent girl,
But if you stare long enough you will see a junkie, who screaming on the inside, a girl whose heart has turned black, and her throat stings from holding in secrets while lies slip out.
I look and I look and I look
But all I can ever see is your stares.
