It doesn't matter how much writing I do at work, I just can't seem to get ahead of the reports and documentation that is expected of me. Oh well, guess thats the price or trying to pretend to be a responsible adult.

At least this site is a pleasent distraction, and much cheaper than online poker.

Well I'm off to DC for a week, my plane leaves in 11 hours.

It should be fun, at least I'm going with someone who I can tolerate for more than short bursts of time (unlike some other cow-orkers).

Well its Wednesday, that means I'm leaving for DC in less than 4 days... woo hoo... I've never been there so it should be fun.

It also helps when to be going with a co-worker who has never been there either. I think she even wants o see the monuments more than I do.

woo hoo, I just bought myself a mini-home.
Someday I'll get my family a "real" house, but this gives us a yard and a stable place to live until then.
Oh and when it has 2 bathrooms, 5 appliances, and no closing fees it isn't all bad.

Its been a decent weekend; I didn't fight with my kids very much and the Family Guy season premier is on.
To bad the weekend has to end tomorrow morning.
Oh well... c'est la vie...

Cool... I've got a book on Kanji, and how to speak Japanese... now I have something to do after the kids go to sleep.
Now just to start saving some extra $$ so I can enjoy a week in Tokyo when I go next year.

Well its Friday now, one more day of work until the weekend. I think I'll look for a book this weekend on how to read Japanese, and I need to start trying to speak it again. So whenever I actually make it over there I'll have a clue, it might be useful if I move back to Vancouver too

Woohoo... driving to PEI tonight to go camping for a couple nights and to watch the annual "Gold Cup and Saucer Parade" with my little one... hopefully she'll like it
