wanna know what really makes me mad? people bouncing rent checks. then not making up for said rent check even though it's getting really close to when next month's rent is due. and then this same person won't even tell me when they're moving out so my new responsible roommate can move in. saying, "probably sometime in the middle of june." our lease is up at the beginning of may. just GO. give me my money and go. i'm soo tired of people coming off as trustworthy and then SUCKING instead.

This really sucks. My father owned apartments so I saw this and lived all the time. He once threw a guy down 2 flights of stairs. Not something I suggest if you want the law after you. But, it did get the message across.
