in a way, it's flattering to be hated so much by a person because you've damaged their ego somehow that they feel it necessary to malign you whenever they get a chance, but it's also kind of hurtful because i hate to be the cause of anyone's negative emotions, despite the fact they'd probably possess negative emotions anyway, due to their insecure natures. mostly though, it's just kind of annoying.
