we took down our christmas tree today, and it went out as it came in: with the simpsons, expensive wine and a huge cheese plate. next year we'll be sure to get it earlier than the day before xmas eve.
i'm dropping french, because i can't handle 15 credits and working full time at a place where i can't study. it's kind of sad, but simultaneously a relief.
working at american apparel is really great. thank god i get the best discount ever and make a whole bunch of money, or i'd be feeding my entire paycheck back to the store. wearing hotshorts and leggings to work every day is amazing - especially now that i work at a place that discourages wearing makeup, so i can roll out of bed 20 minutes before i have to be there. YES.
oh! and if anyone sees my phone number on the wall of a bar in nyc, give me a call and say hi! apparently, glenn's exgf who just moved to the city has been writing it random places. i love how it took me this long in my life to have to deal with such high school bullshit. thankfully, i'm at a place where all i can do is shake my head and laugh. and to think she's even 3 years older than i am and they've been broken up for over a year. i feel embarrassed for her.

This year it caused me to write a heartfelt letter to my long time ex-girlfriend to congratulate her on her engagement. She sent me back a form letter.
