"the link between profound and pain/covers you like sherwin williams"

so i have to read 4 plays by 12:35 on saturday. which may not sound that bad, except that i am a lazy lazy bastard, and will probably end up smoking a joint and falling asleep rather than doing any work tonight. or maybe i'll develop SUPER POWERS!

maybe? maybe.

i think i like twelfth night more than any of shakespeare's comedies that i've read this semester (i like the tempest a lot more, but we're not covering that.) i don't really get his comedies. the jokes that i do get are kind of like ones teachers and professors tell on the first day of class: you kind of feel obligated to chuckle, but you don't really want to. i mean, at best, i understand a pun without having to look up why it makes sense in the footnotes. woo fucking hoo.

and also, i have now reached the point of sexual frustration where i notice cute audience members in TV shows. not a good sign, that.

The residents. Whoa! No one ever mentions the residents. I particularly am not a big fan but I do recall having a residents poster (them in front of Mt. Rushmore) when I was in the 8th grade. My first boyfriend ever liked them, I think he still does. I actually talk to him (and his wife) still. So staying friends is a kind of a big issue for me.

You didn't come off as disrespectful in the lifestyles thread. Don't sweat it.
