Now, I'm not an anarchist and don't claim to be one, but I do believe in no government control. If it weren't for the fact that the candidate was a complete and total dumbass, I'd be voting libertarian in the next election, probably the closest thing to no government control, but that's a completely different subject. I make this opening statement because of an argument that a coworker and I had during lunch. He believes that the anti-smoking law in Ohio is the best thing since sliced bread, I however disagree. What's the next step after a ban on smoking? We can't smoke wherever we want, if we were to be gay we couldn't marry, we can't even drive without a seatbelt on. It's our life, who says we care if we were to be thrown from our vehicle in the event of an accident? I'm not an avid smoker, but I do enjoy an occasional cigar or the hookah now and then but to outright ban anything so trivial is just ignorant. In my opinion, the American bureaucrats need to stop arguing over the petty things of daily lives and focus on more important issues such as Social Security, Inflation, hell even ending a fucking nightmare of a war would be a start.
