I went to see my psychiatrist today. She bumped up my mood stabilzer to another pill. now its up to 1500 mg valproic acid (depekote) and still on 80 mg of fluoxetine (prozac) The mood stabilzer does a real number to my stomach and often gives me heartburn, oh boy!!!! 
But I have been doing much better panic attack wise, so that's at least going well. Now if I could stop falling for bisexual/lesbian girls, get chemically castrated and have my memories wiped clean like in the movie eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, I'd be in eunic heaven 
I was actually social today, and visited my friend's daughter at work (who's my friend as well) for a few hours to keep her company. So, I did my freindly altruistic thing for the day and even brought her sun tea I made yesterday. Oh well, things could be worse, at least I'm not suicidal and haven't been for a while, yeah!
