Personally, I never liked dreds. Too similar to white kids with afros in the 70's. Dredlocks have a lot more meaning behind them than just fashion. And I am grumpy because the snow is melting...

There is a bad side to passion, the side that makes you forget reason and love. I see that side as a cop a lot. Too much, really.

I miss going out. My work has me on swing hours (yay for low-man on the totem pole) for next month so going out is difficult to swing on work days.

Last time I was in NM, there were a couple inches of snow on the ground. Of course, with my memory, that could mean anywhere between OK City and Flagstaff. It wasn't AZ, though, and it wasn't TX, so it must've been NM or OK. Anyway, I know what you mean. I had a job this summer that could've ended me up in Albuquerque or Edmonton. Of course, I was pushing for Edmonton. I think I would have shot myself if I had to move to the desert, or gone on a heat-raged shooting spree. I've done some nutty things in the heat. Anyway, the job didn't go perm (THANK GOD!).
