Ok the gods smiled upon me today!!! 
I got a pre-qualification letter for my mortgage and I only need 3 1/2% down!! I am so excited. I have seen a kajillion houses and this one was the first one that met all the criteria. And now I'm going to get it.
It will take about a month for the owner to get it ready to sell. It belonged to a family member of his and he needs to clear everything out and get it appraised.
And then from there it will take 60 days to close and by mid to late August I will be in my new house!!
Oh, and a while ago I said I would post about my weight loss. I forgot, but I remembered this past weekend and started the diet on Sunday. I lost 8lbs so far!!! I know it's not much but 8lbs in 4 days is pretty fucking awesome.
