So I had every intent on going to after prom on Saturday....it just didn't work out according to plan.

DaddyX and I were hanging out pretty late on Friday night and his parents were supposed to go away on Saturday and take our son with them. So we figured that we would take a nap around noon before heading out to Ohio. But right after he left for overtime at 7am, his parents woke me up to inform me of their change of plans and to have me work a few hours. When he came home we couldn't take a nap as planned so we left without one at around 3:30pm. After stopping for dinner we got to our campsite around 6:30pm and decided we would take a quick nap before we went on to Cleveland.

We both slept through the alarm.


So, around 10:30pm when we woke up we didn't have a computer with us to get the directions. (We were supposed to follow someone out.) We just got some alcohol and made a fire and hung out, but we were so lame I only had 1/2 a drink and DaddyX only had 2. LOL. At least we got some. And then we still slept until 1:15pm this afternoon.

I think I caught up on my sleep for the next century. But it was a relaxing weekend even if we didn't get to go to the after prom. Oh well, there's always Cedar Point day and the East Coast Camping trip.
