Oo! This is something blog-worthy: on Thursday July 19th, my brother and his wife gave birth to their second child, a boy named Jonathan! They already have a daughter, Anneliese, who has born February of last year. Unfortunately, they live in Georgia so I don't get to see them often, but I think my first nephew will be worthy of a road trip to Confederate Country. The last time I was there, there was a tornado so close it demolished a taco shop less than two miles from my brother's house, I heard someone refer to the Civil War as "the War Against Northern Aggression", and some random dude in Chattanooga asked if he could take a picture of my then 6-week old niece while I was pushing her in a stroller. Yeah, I'm looking forward to the visit.
They do have Sonic down there. Where is the northern-most Sonic? I know there aren't any in New England. And yet I see their commercials every day. Same with Jack in the Box. Geico too, as Massachusetts doesn't allow any of those, I don't know what to call them, national chains o' car insurance like AllState and the like.
Anyhoo, I have a nephew now!!!
