So, I have had the week from hell!!!!!!

So far my downstairs tenant called to let me know there has been a water leak that caused a ton of damage ,only, he just noticed it!

Next, my upstairs tenant called to tell me she lost her job and may have to move out.

Then my upstairs tenant, same as previously mentioned, called to tell me that the pipes burst in her kitchen, and it seems that it was because she puts food and grease down the drain.

As if that wasnt enouph, my insurance comany just called to tell me that they are dropping me, because they dont want to insure homes close to water anymore. what really sucks about that is that i had such a great deal with them. Now i can expect to pay at least twice as much money per year for home-owners insurance!

I can't wait to see what today has in store for me!
