hey everyone....
so as someone just pointed out,my"happy thanksgiving " post is a little bit out dated,lol
so this is what is up in the life of me..
i finally finished everything on the house!! hooray
i now have a tenant in both apartments!!! hooray
im almost covering my expenses already and will do well on my taxes!!! hooray!!!!!

my dumb ass realto is threatening to bring me to court for me to pay her money for NOT finding me tanants,i repeat NOT finding me tenants
i found two tenants in one months time,actually 2 weeks,she had 6 weeks to find me ONE and couldnt...but she wants me to pay her "her commision" since that is what the agreement says...she isnt embarrases that she was outdone at her own job by someone who has NEVER been involved in real estate before....
she is not happy for making so much money off of me in the first place from me buying my house
she wants"her money" lol lol
and you know what i say ------FUCK HER
there are many things wrong with this ridiculous paper she wants to hold me to,and instead of being honorable and saying,"hey i should have found you someone myself" she is now going to threaten to bring me to court for me not paying her for doing NOTHING....
i say bring it on...lol
she doesnt know who the hell i am
