You should have been there...

It was vicious, bloody mayhem. Just when I though I had finally wrestled the Concordia University registration system into submission, it broke free and responded with a flying suplex of buraucracy! Suddenly, more paperwork kicked the ref in the back of the head and climbed to the top of the third turnbuckle. One atomic elbow drop later and it was lights out for me.

The only thing that really pisses me off? The paperwork didn't even tag-in. That championship belt should've been mine.

Yes, the struggle to register for my classes continues. Somebody very evil is responsible for making this system run the way it does. Somewhere, that person is laughing maniacally at me. I suspect that "somewhere" is a poorly-lit underground lair.

I should check my facts against the hive-mind that is the internet. Is there actually something called a flying suplex? I shouldn't be allowed to just make this stuff up. People get wierdly devotional about their sports... er.... "Sports Entertainment" (tm).

Also: People keep reminding me that it's ftbl, not soccer. They all have this look in their eyes, like it's Christmas. The World Cup is a religious experience to many.

I wonder if I could take up drinking on terrasses professionally? It's all I want to do in this Summer heat. They could pay me by the hour or by number of mint juleps consumed.
