Every other Friday I go to play D&D with friends... yesterday was no exception.

My friend told me she was having her period but that something felt wrong about it... I got this nasty feeling in my gut that something was more than wrong.
After I left late last night I kept this feeling that something was off.
So I called her a while ago to check on her... appears she was having a miscarriage just as my "sixth sense" was telling me the whole time...
I feel so awful for her and for trying to ignore the core-feeling I got that something terrible was happening. I'm so sad that I left her and her husband late last night and did nothing to help... I cried for her and for the lost feeling I have right now...

Tonight will take place, just me and some close friends but my heart will go out to my other friends and what they had to go through...

You did everything right. You don't have to blame you for anything! I know it's hard to make oneslef believe it but it's true. Nothing you could have done would have changed anything. Believe me, the most important thing is that you're still there as a friend. But you can't be around all day and night. You have to accept this for yourself. Your friends know it already!

I feel sorry for you and your friends! *bighug*

What is D&D and hey, that ARE real resolutions. Pretty tough ones too, I think.
