Alright this is going to be a sad update but I feel like I need to do it.......

I have found my life very happy for weeks now. But I found out a few things tonight from work. Now I am not a person that usually brings things home with me from work but this sort of thing touches me.

Working with children can be a great thing. You see them come in sick and part of what we do or even I do make them better. That is the best reward when a child is smiling and happy when they go home. It makes all the times of sadness okay and worth it. What can be hard is when you see a child not get better.

We had a child that died last night from multiple disorders. I took care of her and she was so sweet and innocent. The thing that amazes me about the children I take care of is that they are all pure of heart. They can get so sick but the next day they can smile and lighten up your day.

Children really are the strongest and most loving creatures on this planet. So if you have any kids around you, love them please. You have no idea when they might not be there anymore.
