At your age? 28? Please. The "Can't teach old dogs..." thing has been proven wrong repeatedly. It has even been proven wrong at the neuron level. Your neurons continue to generate new dendritic connections throughout life, and even the specific shape of your brain lobes change as you learn.

Personality is never completely solidified. You can always learn, grow and make whatever changes you want.

All that said, I'm sure you have more to contribute that you give yourself credit for.
