Proof that I'm getting screwed out of hours and favortsm exists amung the women in the work place.
I'm back working on the 4 days on 4 days off 3 days on 3 days off schedule. My other male coworkers admitted to my supervisor without my knowledge that they feel she is giving me ufnair hours for somone who is classified full time and has seniority. SHE ADMITS that she's doing that on purpose SHE ADMITS that she knows I'm full time. and SHE ADMITS giving more hours to the girl who I have seniority over.
Now why should I have to plead with this woman to give me 5 days a week when she knows that's h ow it's supposed to be? She's already threatened to fire one of the male coworkers just for HIS BITCHING about the other girl and her tardiness and favortism towards here.
