I am glad that my roomie is all about the mothering sometimes, because I am one of those people who rarely gets sick enough to put me out of commission, so when I do I get whiney and want mothering. I am also glad that there is such a thing as super strength Motrin. Oh yes, regular and extra strengths are not even remotely enough. Yay super strength!
However, it would also have been good if it had kicked in sooner. Because the 45 min it took to initially start working was pretty hellish. I even managed to worry my bird. But now that it is working, there is no way I am letting it wear off. No goddamn way.
In other news, I am missing karaoke tonight. Which makes me sad. I give a sad wave to all of my karaoke buddies. But! Intead of karaoke, I am going to play WoW. Because really. I should be resting. And what goes better with resting than WoW? Cuddling would pair up with those two nicely as well, but that might be slightly more difficult to come by. Although, I may talk my way into some yet!
Tomorrow is going to be full of homework. Because I am a procrastinator. I did manage to write all but one paragraph of my take home midterm though, go me! AND! I managed to keep it pretty much right on the word count. I have like 1150 words now and need 1200. Which one paragraph should more than do. It is exciting because I am perpetually under the word count. Apparently I just say things in a much more straighforward way than everyone else. Or something.
Someone should get me marble slab. Because I have been recently introduced to it and now I CRAVE it. Crave with a burning passion.
Regardless, my computer is too crappy to multitask, so I am going ot close my internet browser so I can play WoW. I shall make my druid teh awesomeness.... or something like that until I fall asleep.
EDIT: My computer just hit me in the bridge of my nose. I'm not overly sure how, but it was kinda scary seeing it coming at my face (I realize how that sounds, but I am too drugged up to even have my mind in the gutter, so you should all pretend it doesn't sound like that). But, in the end, it didn't really hurt much. Apparently most of my body is numb from the drugs, and yet I can still feel my ear, just not as terrible.
I figured you'd all like to know a) that I managed to hit myself in the face with my laptop and b) that I am numb. That is all.

hey, i know your pain. I have a sinus infection I got after having the flu. It sucks. It's like you're sick, and then, being sick makes you more sick! I also have the super strength motrin. That stuff works great.
