Hello my lovelies!
I would like to note that I am sooooo tired today that I am not functioning clearly. I am going to blame Awasis for my lack of sleep. I got sleep last night, but I don't think I got enough to make up for my lack of sleep on saturday, when she and I had a fantastic date.
First we watched The Notorious Betty Page with carla. After that, we got the wonderful mr_dave to drop us off at my house so we could get my van when he came for carla. Having my van clearly meant we needed to go binge on Dairy Queen. I mean honestly, who wouldn't have? After that we made a trip to Wal-mart, the purpose of which was to find Awasis some new shoes. This didn't happen, but I'm quite sure we left Wal-mart smelling funky... lol!
By the time we were done this, it was time for the movie we planned to go to, Children of Men. Which was an excellent movie, but I found it very intense. I have no fingernails left, and I'm pretty sure Awasis lost all of hers during the course of the movie as well. The original plan for after this was to go watch the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie (the "pre" one) but her brother called and said he was in town, so I got to meet him, which was fun!
When we finally got back to Awasis' house (probably about 2-2:30) we decided we still had to watch the movie. Which we didn't last through, but we got up early to watch the rest in the morning!
And thus, my lack of sleeping. But it was fun and worth it nonetheless!
I now must leave you so that I can get ready for later. I get to go to see Video Games Live tonight with the ever wonderful glass_cat. Which is exciting. But I should make myself cleaner prior to this. Hence the leaving you!
