Ha! I have one friend! Mock me now, SG website!! Just kidding But hey, yesterday I went to yet another sort-of interview (or sort of the extended process) for a Thanksgiving lunch and another movie. I think I see the light at the end of the tunnel. And it may be a candle about to blow out. I give it about an 80% possibility that at the end of it all I will have a job. By the way anyone who is wise (or foolish) enough to read this journal, feel free to leave comments or apply for friendship or whatever the hell you do when you do that vodoo that you do so well. I was beat last night, so I crashed early at 12:10 technically this morning. I usually don't hit it until about 1:30 or 2:00. Which kind of makes the next day short. I may have to readjust this, but I never have been a morning person. Oh well.

A bit about my 'hood. Most of the folks are older than I, but my next door neighbors are not. They are sort of neutral. Not unfriendly, or friendly. (Most of the other neighbors are pretty friendly) Anyway, they have a friend who drives a small white two door auto that is somewhat worse for wear. I can usually tell when they drive up, when the driver opens the door, the door and quarterpanel contact, making a loud pop. But back to the neighbors. They have a large dog, who is kind of a yellow Rodney Dangerfield. In marked contrast to his owners, when he sees me, he runs over and says in doggie language, "My buddy!" Then he rolls on his back, and often proceeds to urinate in the air. I do not understand this, but don't sweat it. Further up the street two folks have a large female Siberian Husky. She is a great big friendly dog, and I visit her often. I used to bring her treats, but was told she was on a special diet, so no more beef jerky.
