Here comes another long weekend.

Seems my autumns are full of them.

4 lessons this afternoon, then I head straight up the peninsula 40 minutes to Redwood City for a dress rehearsal. Home by 10ish.

Then tomorrow I teach at the high school from 9 to 5, then a quick dinner and into the suit I go for the Halloween Concert with the symphony. Should be done by 10 and home by 11. Unless there are post-concert drinks to be had.

Then Sunday I get to head down to Morgan Hill to grandma's house to help make raviolis. They do this every year, but I've actually never been, so it should be a lot of fun. Hang out with my Italian/Portuguese side for a day making the greatest Italian dish I've ever had. Good stuff.

And from here on out, it looks like I really don't have a single day off until Thanksgiving. It's a good thing I love what I do and I loooove my students.

But for now, there is practicing to be done, so I'll going to grab my trombone now.
